Goat cheese balls

Leeks

Goat cheese

Breadcrumbs

Flour

Eggs, beaten w water

Garlic, minced

Salt

Pepper

Cayenne pepper

Sour cream

Parsley

Method:

1. In large fry pan saute leek until soft. Empty into medium

bowl. Add in goat cheese, at room temperature, garlic, salt,

pepper and cayenne pepper. Mix well with hands. Make shapes the size of a flattened egg. 

2. Dip goat cheese shape into flour, egg and bread crumbs. Fry on medium heat until golden brown. 

3. Mix sour cream and parsley and season with salt and pepper. 

4. Serve dip separately
