Recipe:

Mash & shrimp filled potatoes

Ingredients:

Left over potato mash

Mushroom heads

Cream cheese

Parsley

Shrimps 

Butter

Salt

Curry

Black pepper

Shrimp stock (optional)

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients except for mushroom heads together in a mixing bowl

2. Stuff the mushroom heads with the filling

3. Bake mushroom heads in oven for about 10 minutes (180°C)
