Carrots and peas

Ingredients:

Carrots, diced

Peas (frozen)

Onions

Thyme

Butter 

Pepper and salt to taste

Method:

1. Blanch the peas and carrots separately until they are done. Drain and cool them down.

2. Dice your onions and allow them to sweat in the butter

3. Add your peas and carrots

4. Season with thyme, pepper and salt

5. serve
