ThinkFood
Consulting is a Belgian based family business driven by passion for food. With more than 30 years of culinary experience under our belt, we have gathered know-how and experience from a wide range of kitchens, ranging from the simplest of pubs over bistros and caterers all the way up to Michelin-star restaurants and this all over the world.
Our mission
At a young age we discovered our passion for good food and all processes involved in preparing it. Later on in life, we discovered that there was plenty more to running a kitchen than simply preparing good food. Having a decent backbone structure is essential to bring the passion to life and from the kitchen to the table. Very few people have the privilege to turn their passion into a profession, and for this we are infinitely grateful. Our mission is to share our passion and knowledge we have gathered over the years within any culinary environment, both in a supportive and guiding role.
