White chicken stock
Quantity:
8 liter
Method:
1. Rinse the chickens to relieve all inpurities
2. Bring to a boiling point from cold water. Skim the liquid on a regular basis.
3. Add all other ingredients and let it simmer for 3 to 4 hours
4. Filter and let it cool down.
5. Use the chicken meat for other dishes.
