Hamburger buns

Ingredients:
Lukewarm water
Butter, room temperature
Egg
All-purpose flour
Sugar
Salt
Dry yeast
For the topping
Salted butter, melted

Method:
1. Add yeast and sugar to the water
2. Mix salt and flout separately
3. Now combine all ingredients and mix with the bread mixer
4. Cover the dough with a towel and allow to rise for about two hours
5. Gently flatten the dough and divide into 8 pieces.
6. Shape each bun and put them on a lightly greased oven tray.
7. Allow to rise again for about one hour.
8. Now brush the buns with half the melted butter and bake them for about 15 to 18 minutes at 190°C
9. Remove the buns and brush them instantly with the remaining butter.
