Pulled chicken sandwich “adobo“

Ingredients:

Big buns

Chicken adobo

Iceberg, sliced

Tomato, sliced

mayonnaise

Ground pepper

Salt

Cayenne pepper

Method:

1. Toast the buns lightly in a pre-heated oven (180°C)

2. Meanwhile, pull the chicken adobo from the bone and gently heat up in the microwave.

3. Make up the salad: season with pepper and salt, add the mayonnaise and dress the salad on the toasted buns

4. Add the tomato and the pulled pork adobo and close the bun.
