Hot dogs with crunchy onions, avocado and sambal mayonnaise

Ingredients:
Frankfurter sausages
Hot dog buns
Mayonnaise
Sambal
Garlic
Avocado
Iceberg
Pepper and salt to taste

Method:
1. Grate the garlic into the sambal and mix with the mayonnaise
2. Slice the avocado into 16 equal parts
3. Slice the iceberg finely and season with pepper and salt
4. Heat up the Frankfurters
5. Cut open the hot dog buns
6. Add a teaspoon of the sambal mayonnaise, some iceberg salad, 2 slices of avocado and then add the sausage.
