Ingredients:
Mackerel (can)
Gherkin, chopped
Shallot, finely chopped
Greek yoghurt
Mayonnaise
Pepper and salt to taste

Method:
1. Drain the mackerel filets and remove excess oil
2. Mix all ingredients together
3. Season with pepper and salt
