Orange Lava cakes

Dark chocolate
Butter

Method:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C
2. Melt the butter and chocolate together au bain marie or on very low heat
3. Whisk egg yolks, eggs and sugar until white, sift the flour in the mix.
4. Clean the oranges thoroughly and crate half of them for zeste
5. Add the zeste and chocolate and butter mix to the dough.
6. Cut 4 oranges of which you didn’t use the peel in half. Extract the juice thoroughly and remove the pulp.
7. Combine the orange juice with some more sugar and allow to boil on medium heat, this for orange sauce.
8. Put the 8 half oranges on a baking trey or (individually) in a bowl that is smaller than the orange itself, open end up.
9. Now fill the oranges with the lava cake dough
10. Now bake the lava cakes in about 7 to 9 minutes.
11. Serve with the orange sauce.
