Fried fish in beer batter

Method:
1. Cut the fish in equal sizes of about 60 to 70 g.
2. Mix the eggs yolks, white beer, mustard and flour together and add some salt.
3. Beat the egg whites and combine with the batter using a spatula.
4. Dry the fish thoroughly and season with pepper and salt
5. Slightly flour the fish and dip in the batter
6. Instantly bake in the deep fryer at 170°C until golden brown
7. Remove instantly from above the deep fryer and season with some salt.
8. Serve
