Recipe:
Spaghetti carbonara

Ingredients:
Spaghetti (or other pasta)
Cream
Ground black pepper
Salt
Onion, finely diced
Garlic, minced
Parmesan, grated
Chopped parsley
Bacon, julienne
Egg yolk
500 g
1 Liter
1/4 tbsp

Method:
1. Boil pasta al dente and cool down appropriately
2. Allow onion and garlic to sweat for three minutes
3. Add the cream and heat up (don’t boil)
4. Add Parmesan and seasoning and allow to simmer on medium heat
5. Cool down the sauce
6. Bake bacon in a skillet until done and set aside
7. Serving: take a scoop of the base sauce, add a handful of baked bacon and 1/8 of the cooked pastaand allow to heat in a skillet.
8. Take skillet from the range, add parsley and egg yolk, stir and serve
