Tzatziki

Ingredients:
Cucumber, grated
Yoghurt, plain
White vinegar
Dille
Fresh mint
Garlic, minced
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
1. Peel the cucumber and grate with the cheese grater.
2. Mix cucumber with salt and vinegar and allow to rest overnight.
3. Day two, mix all other ingredients together and set aside.
4. Squeeze moist from cucumber and add to the other mixture.
5. Allow to set for one night
