Fresh mayonnaise

Ingredients:
Egg yolks
Vinegar
Lukewarm water
Mustard
Vegetable oil
Pepper and salt to taste

Method:
1. Whisk the egg yolks briefly in a bowl. Add water, vinegar and mustard in the mix.
2. Now start beating the egg mass fiercely.
3. Slowly add the vegetable oil while still beating the egg yolk mass
4. Season with pepper and salt
5. (can be kept for no longer than one week)
