Ingredients:
Corn, drained
Lime juice
Olive oil
Large tomato, diced
Black beans, rinsed and drained
Onion, finely chopped
Parsley
Red wine vinegar

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for two hours
2. Add pepper and salt to taste
3. Great dip for tortilla chips or bread sticks
