Ingredients:
Green pepper
Yellow pepper
Red pepper
Sour cream
Mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese
Paprika
Parsley

Method:
1. Cut and remove the seeds from the peppers. Chop the peppers into small pieces and saute in heated oil for 5−10 minutes. Remove from heat and place in food processor or blender.
2. Add in all ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
