Flour
butter

Method:
1. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C
2. Pour the flour into a big oven tray and spread evenly
3. Brown the flour in the oven, shaking the tray on a regular basis to color the flour evenly. The flour is done when it has a light milk chocolate color.
4. Allow the flour to cool down while you melt the butter in a pan
5. Add the brown flour as soon as the butter is fully melted
6. Stir the mixture for about five minutes and allow to dry out for about 20 minutes in an oven of 70°C
