Ingredients:
Mayonnaise
Capers, drained and chopped
Gherkins, drained and chopped
Shallot, finely chopped
Lemon juice
Parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Season with pepper and salt to taste
3. Allow flavors to converge in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
