Tartare sauce with eggs

Ingredients:
Mayonnaise
eggs
Capers, drained and chopped
Gherkins, drained and chopped
Shallot, finely chopped
Lemon juice
Parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, cool down and double slice them with the egg slicer.
2. Mix all other ingredients together and add the diced eggs to the mix.
3. Season with pepper and salt to taste
4. Allow flavors to converge in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
