Butter Garlic Shrimp and Squid

Ingredients:
Shrimp, shell removed and deveined
Calamari rings,
Salted butter
Garlic, minced
Dried chili flakes
Flat leaf parsley, chopped
Salt

To taste
Method:
1. Heat butter in a pan.
2. Once the butter melts and starts to get hot, add the garlic. Continue to cook between low to medium heat until the garlic starts to turn light brown.
3. Add the shrimp and calamari. Stir fry for 5 minutes.
4. Sprinkle some parsley and chili flakes. Add salt if needed.
5. Transfer to a serving plate.
