Potato mash with eggs

Ingredients:
Potatoes
Egg yolks
Milk
Nutmeg
Pepper and salt to taste

Method:
1. Boil the potatoes until done. Drain the water and put back on low fire to evaporate the water from the potatoes.
2. Add egg yolk, milk, nutmeg and butter to the potatoes and mash them all together. Add pepper and salt to taste.
3. Serve
