Crabmeat stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients:
Mushroom heads
Cream cheese, whipped
Crabmeat
(replace with surimi)
Onion, small, minced
Horseradish
Breadcrumbs
Salt
Worcestershire sauce
Milk
Puff pastry, 2,5” squares
Egg yolk

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients except mushrooms.
2. Preheat oven to 180°C degrees.
3. Rub puff pastry with egg yolk and bake until golden brown
4. Fill mushrooms with crabmeat mixture.
5. In large baking dish coat with 2 tbsp. of butter and bake mushrooms for 10 minutes.
