Prawns Rawa Fry

King prawns
Ginger, minced
Garlic, minced
Green chilies
Freshly ground pepper
Lemon juice
Rice flour
Eggs
Breadcrumbs
Rawa (semolina)
Vegetable oil, for deep-frying
Garnish: lemon, cut into wedges

Method:
1. Clean the prawns, devein and wash them. Leave the tails on. Pat them dry.
2. Mix the ginger garlic, green chilies, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and marinate the prawns in this mixture for three to four hours.
3. Mix the flour and eggs in a bowl and blend to remove any lumps.
4. Mix the breadcrumbs and rawa (semolina) on a flat plate.
5. Dip the prawns in the batter, roll them in the breadcrumb-semolina mix to coat nicely and deep-fry them until they are golden.
6. Garnish the dish with a squeeze of lemon.
