Onion, finely chopped
Breadcrumbs
Milk
Salt
Barbeque sauce
Water
Apricot jam

Method:
1. Combine beef, onion, milk, bread crumbs, eggs and salt. Mix well and make into small balls. Bake in oven for 45 minutes.
2. Combine iceberg, tomatoes (cut in dice) and cucumber (cut in dice), add some pepper and salt and the basic dressing.
3. In large sauce pan add in barbecue sauce, water and jam. Add in meatballs and let simmer on low for 10 minutes.
4. Serve the salad on the side and dress the meatballs on the plate.
