Method:
You still have some French bread leftover from yesterday. You packed it properly to avoid it from getting chewy, you want it to be as crusty as it was when you first baked it? Here is how:
1. Pre-heat your oven to 180°C
2. Spray some fresh water on all sides of the baguette
3. Allow it to bake in the oven for about 4 minutes
4. Serve instantly
This can only be done once and the bread should be consumed while still warm. At cooldown, the bread will become rock-hard and will only be good for second-life-use.
