How to skin an avocado the easy way:

1. Cut your avocado in half around the seed

2. Twist the avocado 45° and take the halves from each other

3. Take a chef knife and chop it right in the middle of the seed from the top. The seed will now stick to the knife so you can easily pull it out.

4. Take a tablespoon, slide it from the side between the skin and the avocado meat and simply scoop out the avocado

5. To avoid it from coloring, simply drizzle some lemon juice on them or keep them between a kitchen towel soaked in water with lemon juice.
