Jerk pork

Cubed pork meat (3 cm)

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients except for the pork meat in a blender and mix until very smooth.
2. Add the marinade to an oven tray and add the pork cubes. Make sure to cover the cubes with the marinade on all sides.
3. Marinate for at least 8 hours, covered and in the refrigerator
4. Take out the meat one hour before grilling.
5. Skewer the pork while pre-heating the grill to medium-high.
6. Bake the skewers for about 6 to 8 minutes on each side.
7. Serve with salad and baked potatoes or rice
