Ingredients:
Large head cabbage,
cored and shredded
Onion, chopped
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Hungarian egg noodles

Method:
1. In a large skillet sauté cabbage and onion in butter until golden brown and tender.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Mix with cooked egg noodles. Adjust seasonings and rewarm if necessary to serve piping hot.
